I got myself a weedcutter! Don't know why, other than they are wicked cool. I'll be able to use it behind the hunting property and behind my house...but its one of those attachments that I had to have...Best part of all? It was Local to me! It does need some work. Its missing a blade and arbor, but the arbor housing is there. It will also need belts and bearings, and will probably get a paintjob.

It was number 3 ever made. I'm going to have to have this sticker reproduced...too cool not to, and this one isn't going to last much longer...its barely hanging on.

Saw one of those working in corn stubble a few years ago. Wicked, wicked!

They definitly did the job!

Great find, as I don't think as many were produced as the mower decks.

Shouldn't it be the 1003 one not the 3rd one? Seems like they would start with 0003 instead of 1000. JMHO
