Baby Moon Hub Caps

Recommended Posts

I've been searching the archives and have had no luck on coming up with anything, but I seem to recall there being a post about the differences in the original style chrome hub caps and the later ones. Something with the lip being more rounded on the ends? If anyone can shed some light on this topic I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks!!

For a very small car with 10" wheels I made a nice set out of stainless cooking pot lids I bought at Wallyworld. Had to fab up a mounting plate with some spring steel tabs. They still look great today

I got a set of 8" for my Broadmoor but haven't mounted them yet. I'll put them in place next time I'm over there. They seemed a little pricey at $20 per, but I'm a cheap-censored.gif yankee. ^ Dave

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
