what is it? Tractor ID

so i put out an APB for some machinist help on one of the large groups I run and one of my members offers me this tractor. I initially thought it was a wheelhorse RJ or suburban but when I looked closer I think it's something all together different. You can't mount an engine in the front of an rj or suburban because all the steering is there. Plus all the old wheelhorses have a gas cap through the hood. I don't recognize the tranny either. what do you guys think this is?

wouldn't you know it. 5 minutes after i posted this I figured out what it is. But I don't want to spoil your fun. See who is the first to ID it

Rokon nailed it. It's a Porter cable. I am really looking forward to picking it up this weekend. I never knew they existed
