Kenh 37 Posted May 13, 2016 I was wanting to purchase a set of revitalizer blades from a member here. It seems he has sold out and has no intention of producing more at this time. That may change, we'll have to wait and see. In the meantime I've sourced a vender that will laser cut reproduction parts. These are not faithful reproductions but a reasonable facsimile made from an abrasion resistant steel.. It's looking like I can get them cut for about $6.50 each. (That is a one set price.) Shipping would be extra. I'm not sure if this is a great price but it could be a lot worse. Maybe in a greater quantity the price could be a bit less?? So with the above said if anybody is interested, let me know how many you want and I'll get a quote to see what happens to the price. Ken EDIT: Had another quote come back at $15 each:O That ain't going to happen!
Mike_H 92 Posted May 15, 2016 How much interest is there in these? My uncle runs a fab shop, and I could have him get a quote too if there is enough interest. 6.50 each sounds pretty expensive. There are 24 of them in a 38" revitalizer, right? That's gonna be well over 100 bucks a set.

I got a quote on a quantity of 16 knives so I'm sure quantity will make a difference in the price. Setup costs "X" amount of dollars so the more peices per run the lower the cost. If we could run 50 or 60 pieces I'm guessing the price would be in the $5 range???? I had two quotes come back at $15 for each knife. THAT ain't going to happen!! So at the $6.50 price, I felt pretty good. Ken
