Today's Haul

Drove 200 miles each way to buy today's haul. Deutz Allis 916 Hydro with 42" snowthrower and 48" deck. Simplicity 7117 roller with fair deck shell. Allis 712 hood, seat pan, running boards, front axle, etc. Simplicity 2110 dash, seat pan, gas tank, etc.

I saw this one it was in Decatur, IN. Looked like a good haul!! I tried to get the guy to split the 916 and the 7117 but it was still a bit high for what I had saved and with the 16 needing rebuilt.

I don't know about anyone else, but when that green came out I could hardly stand it. Now there is something attractive about it, maybe its uniqueness. Nice looking tractor, especially when you can get the correct attachments to go with it.

id="quote">Yeah, my Deutz was going to get a re-paint to Allis orange because we had an Allis 7060 on the farm along with our John Deeres. Since my other two L&G's are Deeres, it would only be fitting. Plus, the 1920 had been badged Agco Allis, so would not be all that "off".But the lime green is kinda growing on me. And the Simplicity panels give a hint of orange (see pix below)!
