Woods mower on Allis C - belt size?

Figured out how to route the belt on a friends Woods belly mower on his Allis Chalmers C.

Of course theres no data plates or stickers left on it, but it appears to be a Woods L59. It discharges to the left and runs of a side pto pulley st the rear of the tractor.

The local Agco dealer gave him a Woods 4152 belt (5/8" x 213.4") and when properly routed its a good foot too short give or take. The parts page they printed out that they got their parts numbers off of, isnt even for this tractor by the parts diagram.

I have looked around on the internet but cant find the right belt or belt size for the Allis C application.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks DandOd

What I cant believe is the mark up the ag dealers put on these belts.

My friend gave $100 for the wrong belt, but you go on ebay or to a belt supply company like you have linked here, and the price is less than half:O

You are welcome!

And for that mark up, half the time they can't look up or give you the right belt :o

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
