42" Snowplow / Dozer Blade Mount

I need a top and sied picture of the mounting frame for a 42" blade that mounts on a 6216 Simplicity. I found a blade but the gentleman could not find the mount and I need these pictures to fabricate one. Some basic dimensions would also be helpful. Thanks, Roy Wooten

Just a tip. If you end up fabricating a mount, as I did, watch the "level plane orientation" of the pivot plate where the blade attaches. It needs to be parallel with the ground in the position where the blade contacts the ground for plowing. Mine tilts up jus a little causing the blade to not be parallel with the ground in the angled position.
