A (very small) Success Story

It's life's little victories that keep me going. I can't fabricate, rebuild, or paint. I've got to take my wins where I can get them. I'm the monster of my family by a fair bit at 6'0" and 160 lbs. My 3 sons (que the music and tap one foot) are 16, 18, & 20, and the biggest one tops out at 115 lbs. Needles to say, traction is an issue cutting the grass on the hill in the back yard. I ran across this last week.

The guy was local and so I went and picked them up for $20. I took the Honda Twinstar 200 that gets 80 mpg for the 80-100 mile round trip costing me another $2.50 in gas. I loaded the tires of my 4108 with 4 gallons each of windshield fluid for another $20. $4 for the 3/8 x 5 bolts to attach the weights. A hundred pounds of wheel weight for $46.00. My 115 lb. son now weighs in at 215.^ Just thought I'd share. Thanx, Dave

So you got the weights I was watching for the front of my 7116 }:) forgot to check bidding near the end.

Good for you, at least they went to a club member :D

I have some pretty good slopes here and always am on the look out for weights.

I did get a set from a club member recently though.
