D-17_Dave 12 Posted February 23, 2002 Just found a 627& a 515. First I've seen or heard of either of these. Does anyone know much about these, such as how rare? Or were these just more little simplicities that escaped the junk man.

JonetteP 0 Posted February 24, 2002 Hi all, The 627 and 515 were all spinoffs of the broadmoor series. The 515 is a two speed unit that came with a 28" or 32" deck. I am curently trading in one of these units. The 627 is in the yeoman series of riders. I currently have two complete units, and extra deck parts. Do not be fooled by the small exterior of these units. Granted, it is not a 725, but I would put any of these units in comparison with the new ones.
lboy1971 0 Posted February 24, 2002 I have two 627s and a Serf. Don't know the number for the serf. But it has a 2 blade mower deck. Rescued the serf from a junk man.
Tragu 0 Posted February 26, 2002 I have a serf 525 and it is one hell of a machine it snowblows and mows and I have pulled full trailers of stone with it. It just wants to work and is good at it. The briggs 5 horse ingine starts on the second pull in the summer and abour four pulls in the winter. I love the machine Doug
