buying treasures, swapping stories, and enjoying company, although the heat beat us both terribly.I hope Rod had as good a time as I did, heat and sweat not withstanding...Left my house around 5 pm Friday and returned about 11 pm on Saturday about 1000 miles later.

100! Yuck! This fat boy can't take the heat too much but involve tractors and good company I'll survive.

That is one fine load, lots of good items!

Dan,

That's pretty far south for someone who almost lives in Canada }:)}:)

Rod cleaning house ?

I have started "cleaning" but just scrap and the like.

Still have to many tractor projects to finish.

Looks like a good load! What's that "Thunder Foot" 725?

id="quote">
id="quote">Thunderfoot is a Montgomery Wards Squire running a 14 hp Kohler.From what I understand it has been competitive for nearly 30 years and I think if Rod set it up it still would be.

id="quote">For all those concerned. Rod is fine, just moving soon and can't take it all with him.Greg, normally it might be a bit far, but right place right time I guess.I think we came to an agreement that made us both happy, with a side benefit of making my wife happy.I dropped her off at her friends' in Shamokin Dam and continued on alone. Picked her up on the way back, so she had a day away out of the deal too.

You were in my neck of the woods. Did you use rt 95 or rt 301? I've been to Rods' several times. He is always there to lend a hand. JH

Another big load, more stuff than the last one you posted about. It should keep you busy sorting it out.

Hopefully there will continue to be some young folks that keep up Rod's traditions and knowledge sharing.

I kinda like the black n blue paint job!:D

id="quote">
id="quote">Could be yours :o)I've had it running. Needs a throttle cable and choke cable. I will change that when I get to it. Also needs a gas tank that I think I have too.Rear tires will be changed. I think the correct blue rims are on the 112. Need to go through the shift linkage, it creeps in neutral (hydro)It's a 716H with 10 hp briggs engine, modified slightly. Has a 3 bolt carb. Low mount starter generator, and decompression bump on the cam so it turns hard.Hydro lift is a powermax valve with float in the forward position and Sunstar cylinder.

This "might" be a little overkill for my current needs but......
