faluppa 0 Posted August 15, 2016 Has anyone seen any spin out rims that would fit a 23-8.50x12 tire ? I'm looking ahead to potential project and did not know if such a thing has even been made.
Chris727 2,014 Posted August 15, 2016 Deere made some adjustable rims but I don't think they spun out. Rare as hen's teeth they're a bit pricey. Only set I have ever seen sell.

(So many questions) id="quote">id="quote">Spin out rims are used on AG tractors for adjusting wheel width for row crop cultivation. Here's a decent vid clip showing them. Skip ahead to the 4 minute mark.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqoY1iauoVIThere was a set of these Deere rims that sold in a facebook auction recently for more than the ebay rims. Deere guys go bananas over things like this. I've heard they were a design that was scrapped at the factory, and some sets escaped, and I've heard they were simply poor selling, poorly designed. I didn't realize the ebay ones were sold at my local boneyard!
faluppa 0 Posted August 16, 2016 http://www.thelittletractorco.com/ is the site that inspired my question. I think it would be fun to some day build an Oliver 1850 wide front and a Allis Chalmers CA wide front. But such a project is a long ways out yet. Thanks for the help though everyone! dentwizz 6 Posted August 16, 2016 I have often thought it would be nice for the odd sickle spots I do to have variable width wheelbase but didn't think anyone actually did it..
