Slipping drivetrain

Please email me, I will send a video, ronwalker829@hotmail.com, I put it into gear, the front pulley is turning, the drive belt is turning, the rear pulley is not turning. Where do I start? What do I do?

And a bit more clarification. Is it the pulley that isn't turning, or the shaft? I find it hard to envision the belt turning but not the pulley without some type of burning of the belt, squeeling, etc. I can see a shaft not turning, and easily picture a sheared key however.

Clutch not fully engaging leaving the belt loose?

Could be a broken spring, clutch pivot partial froze up, something blocking the linkage.

I have that trouble every now and then. My problem is it kicks out the key on the transmission shaft.

I put a shaft collar on my transmission input shaft to prevent the key from sliding out of the keyway.
