Mikethemasher 3 Posted August 29, 2016 I'm looking into possibly building a loader for my 7119. Has anyone done this? I'm not turning up anything specific to this series of tractor on the interweb.
Ronald Hribar 104 Posted August 30, 2016 Several people have. including me. To do it right, you will have to dedicate tractor to loader duty. Bridging the BGB is crucial. The best one that I saw was a full frame from front of tractor to rear. Front axle pivot has to be reinforced. You will have a hard time steering with load in bucket. front spindles are not really heavy enough. pump can be driven off mid pto.
Mikethemasher 3 Posted August 30, 2016 Ronald, do you have any pics? I looking to gather as much info as possible. I'm planning on upgrading the spindles and axle pivot. My main concern is reinforcing the BGB & how to go about it. Thanks!
GregB 940 Posted August 30, 2016 Check this link for a start. http://www.simpletractors.com/club2/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=103575&SearchTerms=loader,full,frame I think there a couple of other builds out there for the searching.
rs07 25 Posted August 30, 2016 I actually just bought a new Johnny Bucket Jr. for my 914. I love it! It has limited uses compared to a conventional loader, but it virtually eliminates the use of a wheelbarrow. that's why I bought it!
