Good deal or not

Several months ago I purchased a b10 with deck and snowblower for 200. I recently came across a landlord but don't know what year I'm guessing late 60s he's asking 250 for it is worth it or should I see if he'll go 200 on it

If everything is in good mechanical condition I would think that's a good deal.

Note that he has been using a snowblower on it, based on the belt marks on the front, and the bracket to hold the engagement rod.  If that is included, that's a great price.
