Revised Wizard in Gallery Album Creation Process

I've revised the "Wizard" that is used to create an Album in the Gallery.  This should simplify it and reduce any confusion..

I've tested it by creating an album of my new-to-me Power Trac PT-1430, then going back to add an additional photo and describe it. Forgive me, please, but at least it is red instead of John Deere green.... 

I've also revised the Tutorial.
