Hotwiring

Is there a way to hotwire these 2110 landlords? I have no key ignition at this time just the push button starter. I just finished rebuilding the motor a couple days ago and want make sure it runs ok. I don't want to screw up the regulator or anything. God electrical sucks

The only thing the correct key switch does on a 2110 is ground the points to kill the engine. If it is just missing, tractor should start as long as the single wire for the switch is not grounded.

You could use a toggle switch to do the same.
