Value of older Simplicity (3414S)

Hi,
I am looking at a Simplicity 3414S that is in fair shape. Here are the particulars:

Original 13hp B&S has been swapped for a newer 16hp B&S. Runs well. No smoke.

Has been repainted all yellow. Overall paint kinda rough.

No deck. Has the 46" dozer blade, looks to be in good shape. This is the biggest reason I am interested, these blades are scarce around here and cost $$$. I need a winter tractor so i can begin my restoration of my AC/Simplicity hybrid.

Have to travel approx 700 miles one way to pick up. (Not a problem, I need a vacation.) What do you all think would be a fair price?

If its the one in central NJ I think its already been sold. :( But it would make one of those good "The one that got away...." stories.
