simplicity sunstar dozer blade lift rod

New here was hoping someone could help me out    trying to get the sepc on the lift rod for a sunstar dozer blade  or point me into the right direction 

Looking to fabricate one rather than spend 80 on a new one so I need lengths and angle of the bend 

Thanks for any help
