The News function is implemented, and available under the Browse menu, in addition to the newsfeed of the three latest news posts on the Home page. Also added a picture "slider" to recognize the ToM winner.   I manually moved over all the Tractor of the Month news posts from the old site.  They're all listed under Browse >> News. That makes for an interesting and quick way to see these award winning entries.
