Guest Posted March 2, 2002 WELL THERE IS NO VISIBLE NUMBER ON THE ENG, ANY IDEA WHERE I CAN FIND THEM. I KNOW THERE IS SOME SERIAL NUMBERS STAMPED O A SMALL PLATE BEHIND WHERE YOUR FEET WILL GO, LOCATED BELOW THE SEAT, THOSE NUMBERS ARE HARD TO REAR THO. .ANY IDEA WHERE I CAN FIND IT ON THE BRIGGS Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MPH 12 Posted March 2, 2002 Not having a clue what it looks like its hard to direct you, is it a vert or horz shaft engine? Another thought, if you go to the SimpletrACtor site and click on links there is a good link to briggs page, maybe you can figure where to look for #'s by reconizing your engine in the pics..MPH Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Posted March 2, 2002 i have an allis chamlers 830 drive on mower in my yard i need some help with. I dont know much about it, just that it has a briggs,stratton eng,one cylinder,electric start.
