agco 2025 wont start

2025 agco allis clicks when turning the key some times.will start after 5-8 atempts.volts to solonid is 6-8 volts,starts if volts is 12.replaced and adjusted all safety switches.checked all grounds. its been dooing this for 6 months off and on.***. i need advice.

So common its almost a garaunteed issue.  Adding a 30Amp relay will cure this..

I would have to look for the details and pictures of this.

Do a look up on a "Bosch relay".  The start signal is a  wire running to the starter solenoid. For what ever reason from time to time there is a voltage drop to the starter solenoid and this relay has be the fiix. The wire color as been generally blue.

You can install it close to starter. It's about as  big cas a large ice cube.

Electrical not one of my strong points.
