AC 314D

Never owned a 314 but have owned several 310. I myself liked them and I never once had issues with any of them. I also liked the Kohler engines.

The 314 was available in 1971 until 73.

Make sure the electric lift is in working condition as they can be pricey.

Also I was wondering what the real value of the tractor might be.  As far as I know its in good condition and everything works and runs, little rust and new tires.  Snow thrower also included.  Whats it worth???

Without seeing it it's tough but I would say between 3 and 500 dollars with blower and mower deck if it's not too rusty.

Condition means a lot for sure. Be sure the steering is sound as well. Blowers for those don't grow on trees,  it definitely helps the value.

My AC Homelite is a "cousin" to this tractor.  IMO, it's a better mowing machine for the dead of summer since the cut can be raised up to an inch higher than a Sovereign's deck (lucky to get 3 inch cut).

Many of the mechanicals are the same as Simplicity, so the mechanical parts are readily available.  The sheet metal and most attachments are different and harder to find.  Make sure the deck mule drive is included or you won't be able to mow.  And the front PTO is more critical than the electric lift mentioned above.  Without a functioning front electric PTO, you don't mow or blow snow.

314s are probably the more rare than 10s and 12s. Agreed with everything stated above.5 to 6 hundred tops if in nice shape and in complete working order
