Does anyone have a good breakdown of the Hi-Lo pulley I have A 717 and it doesn't seem to slide back and forth ... I see that one of the shift pivots are gone how do they work do they ride on the drum and switch it back and forth or what????

I have the exploded parts diagram for the one for the Landlord, but not the Broadmoors. I wonder how similar it is?

Where did you find the pivots -- I assume you mean the small aluminum thingies that have a hard rubber bushing inside them? If you've found some, I'd like to get some spares...

We can get the pivots but not the rubber inserts, we have had good luck filling the cavity of the pivot with silicone after placing a plate of the proper thickness thru the slot (with some oil on it so the silicone won't stick to it). Bill

I used a rubber stopper and cut a slot in it for the rubber inserts... The rubber is much softer than the original, but it's holding up so far. Next time I put an order together from you Bill, I'll have to get a couple of the pivots....

Well the shift pivots I got seem to be made out of a plastic they are part#156261 and my Breakdown shows no inserts ... so maybe yours is a different model or something and the ones I took out are of the same plastic material...
