Paint issue resolved

I must say...Simplicity is an amazing company. After having a polite conversation with them about the paint issues on my tractor, they offered to reimburse me with what I would deem a very fair settlement. It basically ends up that I will pay for the taxes on the job being done. Which is a lot more than what I was expecting. How many other companies would do that? SimpleMan Ps. I'm sure that everything is taken on a case by case basis...this was what my result was.
