"To be honest", he told me, "It has a hole about 1 x 1 1/2 inches in size on the front of it.  Mostly just surface rust."  LOL!  He started asking a lofty $70.  Ultimately he accepted $5.  I like the frame.  I want to build my own cart in AC yellow.  The orange one I bought the other day is too nice a survivor to completely repaint IMO.
