Kent 436 Posted March 16, 2002 MPH, unless I'm mistaken the 3300 and 3400 series was still running the Vickers hydro, and hydraulic lift was not an option. They don't have a "bulkhead" like the old B-series to mount the earlier, separate pump and controls on. I've heard that the Vickers may not have had a large enough pump for hydro lift anyway. Only the tractors with later Sundstrands offered hydraulic lift, even the earlier Sundstrands in 700/7000 series used electric lifts. Also, be aware that none of these later hydraulic lifts driven off the tranny's pump will apply downpressure, at least in the Sovereign/Landlord class machines.... I don't know about the 4040/4041/PowrMax.

JeffG 0 Posted March 16, 2002 Yep, the 4040/4041/9020 has downpressure, and plenty of it. It'll lift the rear wheels right off the ground! Jeff
MPH 12 Posted March 16, 2002 I see in the 1971 Simplicity lit. the 3314 had electric lift, was hydro lift available also?? thanks MPH
