Question on Rear Lift 3416 H

Hello;

 

On the 3416 H with the manual lift ,with  the (2 links ) hookup under the frame, does this pass over or under the steering assembly?

At present I have it running under the box, and it give me a 2 o'clock lift maximum  at the rear.
