Belt Alignment Quetions

Hello;

I have attached a picture of what I think is  a problem on a tractor I have. Seems that the larger idler is bent out of position inward, not real sure. I know that I can't run a rear pto at the same time due to the belts rubbing because of this. Tractor is 3416 H.

Ideas are welcome.

I believe that is normal, They are angled toward the other pulley slightly, I had a 1968 landlord for 18 years that was like that.

Never had any issues with it and I used a tiller on the rear pto. it is a strange setup thoe.

Hey Docs;

So in reading the book on the (rear PTO driven) revitalizer, they recommend using the mower deck simultanously . So, after checking them the two  belts  rub for sure. Will it hurt to toe that sheave inboard 6 degrees or so?

These PTOs have worked for years without any issues. How are you going to toe the sheave? The PTO sheave slides left to right on the BGB shaft.
