Sign In or Password Problems?   10/09/2016

If you can't Sign In, you need to reset your password.  Use the Forgot Your Password link at the bottom of the Sign In screen, and the site will send you an email to reset it. If you have an AOL email account, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen -- AOL is intermittently blocking email from the site.

Super deck Bearings?

With all due respect, that extra ball might be shipped loose in the carton. Me thinks there is a scammer out there trying to catch  the unsuspecting buyer.

The extra ball is installed in the bearing to give it extra load carrying capacity.  The downside is the "cage" that carries the balls and keeps them separated is now missing because the extra ball takes up that space.  Also the top speed of the bearing is reduced because now the balls can rub on each other.  Sometimes these bearings are referred to as having a "full complement" of balls or rollers.  Many times a full complement ball bearing will have a loading slot so all the balls can be installed.  Here is a link to google images of full compliment bearings.

Sealings a full complement bearing is very difficult if not impossible because of the loading slots.

IMO I would just use a "regular" bearing.
