I have a simplicity7010. the 1-3 shift fork is stuck. The tractor is used to suck leaves for three days a year. Every year for the last five she has started up with some cokesing. This year she would not shift out of 3rd. Read all the posts and watched the video. Finally was able to hammer the shift fork into alignment. I believe the fork is stuck on the shaft. When I was hitting it with a screwdriver and hammer it was not springy, it felt like it was solid to the shaft. Any body got any vodoo to free it up? The Tracctor runs fine in 2,R. No funny noises. I dont have time before the leaves drop to split the case. I am afraid if I hammer it all the in I will not be able to pull it back.
