Turbo HELP!

I am finally trying to install the turbo on a 48" deck that I got last fall.  It doesn't seem to fix right and the belt path seems kinda flakey. it appears part number 3 a bolt which is suppose to be 2/1/4 inches long isn't allowing the bracket #1 to go down enough.  if bracket #1 was flat it might work but this brack is offset, ALSO THE BRACKET SAYS 42" in it.

Does anyone has a good pic of how this goes?   I searched for pics here and online and got a attachment manuel but it just isn't making sense to me. Also the last pic shows the big gap between the deck the turbo? The front appears to fit nicely!

These are the only pics I can find.  They're not very good, but maybe they'll help.  No longer have the system.

Something is wrong with your setup.  My bracket was also stamped for 42", but you didn't use that hole or whatever.

The outer most bolt is upside down.  Only the inner bolt extends upward.

Is the stoneguard mounted in the proper holes?  I had to beat the front of my deck out some and still had to add a washer stack at the back so the blade wouldn't hit it.

I backed out the "too long" bolt some and now it seems to fit better, but the parts manual calls for the longer belt, installed sharpened blades and new rollers & bar from Sandy lake Implement, then it RAINED!  Will try tomorrow
