I think you mean how to make a video of each step.

I would be happy just being able to enter dialog with each pictures as is done here.

Sorry didn't mean to steal your thread

Not at all - -- I was just pullin' your leg.  I know exactly what you mean.  You look at a picture and you say, "How they do that?"

Good buy!  Half price or thereabouts.

How about the challenge most of us have. How did you do the drive shaft? What model engine was this? Was it a kit or did you somehow luck out and everything just lined up?

Thx

I used the original drive shaft that came with the tractor I just had to space it correctly  by setting in the engine and leaving the yoke on the beveled gear housing loose and then shimmed it using the 2 fiberglass drive shaft disks and spacers   ,its a kohler ch20S that I bought from a private seller it wasn't a kit .I had to drill 2 holes in the motor plate of the tractor the front 2 holes where there from the factoryInked9159_LI.thumb.jpg.9dead8902629294e6b784bf124b6ae37.jpg
but I took cardboard and placed the engine on it and traced the holes I then cut the 4 holes out and placed it in the frame using the 2 front holes put bolts through them and then marked the back 2 and drilled then did a check of the holes

In regards to your oil drain hose, you may want to install a street elbow into the oil pan and run the hose out the front of the frame rather than the thru the side  hole in the frame as it might get in the way of the front tire when turning.

Hello glad I got on this site. I hope to upload a couple of photos of my Simplicity Broadmoor
Model 707 Tractor. I have replaced all the belts on it and installed a new ignition switch.
Have a mower deck which was in poor shape , repaced a couple of bushings and welded the
deck where there was some holes. The tractor and mower deck came from a friend and the
mower deck metal was getting pretty thin. Some new metal was put in it and we also undercoated the underside of the deck. This was done by my friend Greg Toulman.
I have not put the mower deck on the tractor yet, waiting for Greg to come home and give me a hand. Can you please tell me if there is a manual for the mower deck and where I could get one.
I would also like to get some moon wheel discs as well.
I will try and down load some photos of the tractor when my wife shows me how to.
I really love driving this tractor and also how well it is made compare today's tractors, especially the flexible rear end and the rollers.
      Tell the next time
      Paul
