Kent 436 Posted March 30, 2002 You may not want to do this, even if it would physically fit. The 300 series originally used a different size "tube" for the rear implements, to make sure you couldn't interchange implements with Simplicity. Unless your 310 has been retrofitted (there was a kit available later), you wouldn't be able to use normal attachments. Make sure the tube is 1" before you go much further...[A href='http://www.simpletractors.com/what_fits/400_series.htm']http://www.simpletractors.com/what_fits/400_series.htm[/a]
jackcobb 11 Posted March 30, 2002 Sorry I didn't go far enough. I have the sleeve portion of the B-212. An A-C dealer in TN sent that to me. All I need is the rod. Then I'm good to go!
jackcobb 11 Posted March 30, 2002 I have been looking for a rear lift kit for A B-212, and bought a 310 the other day that has one. Sorry Simplicity folks, there isn't a direct Simplicity equivalent for the 300/400 A-C's. Does anyone have the parts books and could look up, or know off the top of their head if the lift rod (from the handle back to the sleeve) is the same between these two? Thanks! MikeES 469 Posted March 31, 2002 Jack, I have a rod that I am willing to sell, cheap (I have the whole rear lift and back brackets- but it is the 1-1/8" dia.). I will take a picture and measure it for you and e-mail you the info. Mike S.
