Al Eden wrote volumes on the Triad here. I searched for: triad and author: Al

Here are a few threads that are interesting and has Al's perspective: https://simpletractors.com/search/?&q=triad&author=al&sortby=relevancy

Al always said the Triad was an engine ahead of it's time but it needed modifications to live a good life. There are a few threads on here where fellows put loads of hours on them but most had problems w/oil leaks resulting in dust and dirt collection, overheating, and failure. CarlH says if you find a good running one don't shy away from it but know what you need to do to keep it going.
