Serial numbers and what year made??

I have 5 AC Powermax series tractors and Simplicity tractors which I would like to get the year in which they were made. Does anyone have a list by serial number when these Power Max tractors might have been made. I can supply numbers if someone can help. Is there a listing by year for the numbers for future reference? I can't help you with tractor serial numbers but
any piece of equipment that has an Onan engine I can..
because the year is in the serial number. Of course
there's always the chance that the engine has been
changed. Bob

The same holds true for Briggs and Tecumseh, Briggs being the easiest. But like the gent before it predicated on the engine being original.
