Mid East March Snow - Some Seat Time

Recommended Posts

The Phila region experienced a Nor'Easter on Wednesday with enough cold air around to produce about 10" of wet, heavy snow on the driveway.  First heavy snow for the 20HP Command.  It did well, much better than the trusty old 16HP Briggs single cylinder in my GTHL that I had used a couple times previously.  But even with 20HP, I could bog it down.

I convinced my better half to film a couple of quick videos:

GregB, I'm thinking you had less snow out Lancaster way?

You look real comfortable in that cab!  Nice to have good equipment to work with.  And yes, that much of the "wet cement" type of snow does work our tractors, but they sure do a nice job. If I have to slow down some for the wet heavy stuff I just imagine a shovel in my hand instead of a steering wheel and I am a happy camper!

I got that windshield you sent me on my cab, looks great!

Snow?  All of none.  Have the plow on the 716-6spd and the 42"blower on the  16hp GTH.  Both just collecting dust.
