3112h missing all pulleys!!!

hey guys, I'm new to this forum and new to tractors but I've been wrenching on hotrods for quite some time... I just picked up a 3112h sovereign that I think will run fine with some tlc, however, i should have looked at pictures because upon getting it home I realized it was missing all the pulleys and linkage as well as the lever for the rear pto drive belt... Does anyone know where I can find these used? I can't imagine they are made anymore and I already checked the usual online stores.... Also does anyone know certain years that would have the same sized pulleys or other companies that would work... I can fabricate if I need to for linkage and pulleys but a closeup pic of how that system sits would be great... thanks, Jameson.

Welcome to the Club!

I imagine someone here will have everything you need to put your Sovereign back in working order.  3112-H is a very nice machine.  As always, pictures will help other members to determine what you are missing.

Dan Lonnen (rokon2813) deals in used parts mainly for Simplicity and Allis-Chalmers footdragger (fdt) tractors and equipment. Others of us here have extras as well. Suggest you place an ad in Parts Wanted Classified .

I agree you should contact Dan about replacement parts.

Here's some pics of clutch side of my Homelite T-12 during a tranny replacement.  It has the same hydro as your tractor and all parts are the same I believe:

And a couple of pics of an HB-112 which is very similar to your tractor:
