If the two tillers are decent ($150/ea), and the HiLo works well ($200), you're in good shape!

Looks like a fair deal to me (based on Connecticut prices). Also, I've recovered those seats for about $25 in materials.

Yeah.  I am about half way between Portland and Olympia and I have 8 but I don't see many others.  Will soon have 3 of them back to life.
