Rear tiller for Landlord 101

Hello all, I found a rear mount PTO operated tiller at a yard sale and was wondering how difficult or impossible it would be to mount to my landlord 101. The problem is that the tiller is a (cough) John Deere unit. The reason I was interested in it is because the owner only wanted $15.00 for it and it rotated freely. Should I grab it or stay away? I would buy iy because usually a JohnDeere tiller is worth alot more that 15 bucks.
