Yes, it's in very good shape, missing the belt guard is all. Margaret has worked wonders every spring and when overseeding is needed.  I even picked up a new set of blades when one of the guys here reproduced them.  I go over the area more than once in more than one direction, and we end up with a carpet of thatch.  This pic was just when I got started.
