PTO Cone Clutch Reline

I'm looking for a source to get the PTO Cone Clutch plate relined. I have several of these, just a shame to throw them away.

Are you relining the pivot assy (#7) or the clutch plate (#13)?  Others have relined the clutch plate with a strip of leather as discussed elsewhere in the site.  But the pivot assy requires flat break-pad material as shown in the link above.  I still have some flat brake material left over.
