The Simplicity part number for the deck arbor bearings is 108202 (superseded to 2108202 then 2108202SM).  Simplicity usually supplied FAFNIR P204RR6 bearings.

Today most are made in China.  A search on eBay will yield many hits.  Many folks buy a "six pack" of them off eBay and report decent results.

John Deere JD9296 is the same bearing and are currently sourced through Koyo and made in Eastern Europe. They are good quality but spendy at $10.00 each.

I bought some of the cheap ones off eBay and they were noisy instantly. I was not impressed. >:( Too much work for the results. I won't be buying the cheapest ones again.

I personally would stick with Fafnir. Timken makes excellent bearings, and that’s not a job I’d care to do often.

Thanks, I measured old bearings and they crossed over to standard sealed 204 bearings. I have replaced and re-installed....all is well!
