S-A 125 Posted May 29, 2018 (edited) I've been looking for a Bulldog 260 trencher for years and haven't even seen one in person. I think it would be a fun and usefully project to adapt a small trencher to the back of a Powermax. A 3pt model like this one off a small Kubota might be a good candidate. I'm curious how the Bulldog trencher is powered and how it is mounted to the rear of the tractor. The brochure (copied from one of Josh's posts) says it mounts with one pin. I'm thinking of hanging a trencher from the drawbar (remove 3pt hitch), powering it from the rear pto, and using the rear lift hydraulic circuit to power a larger trencher lift cylinder. Does anyone have experience with a Powermax trencher or have insights into how it mounts and operates? Edited May 29, 2018 by S-A

S-A 125 Posted June 6, 2018 Here are a few photos of a Bulldog trencher that I had saved from the Internet at some point. I don't remember the source of the photos. It would be great to have more photos posted here if anyone took some at shows etc... I'd love to see a close up photo of the trencher without it mounted to a tractor.
