Simplicity Sunstar Repower

Looking to possibly repower my Sunstar (currently with a Kohler M20) with a Briggs Repower from Small Engine Warehouse of Muncie, IN.

Has anyone done this type of repower and what fit-up issues were encountered? 

Any major modifications needed?
