I have a simplicity 4212h with a bad DECK bearing, I removed the spindle but I am not sure how to disassemble it ?

Any tips and trick would be appreciated

They are sealed...that's why it went bad, you can't grease them...or open them up....if you find out otherwise I would be interested ...your 4212 is a lot nicer than mine

The cone halves will separate to expose the bearings.  No tips or tricks, just perseverance & maybe some heat, a hammer & prying tool.  The pulley will have to be removed as well.

https://www.simplicitymfg.com/na/en_us/support/manuals.html

Go here & enter the ID number for the tractor in the upper right hand corner  it will start 169XXXX.  You will get owners & parts manuals.  Do the same for the ID number on the deck.  The parts manual will show you how it is assembled.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
