Instructions or diagram on attaching tiller on Bro

I bought a tiller mfg#628 for my 728 Broadmoor.I hooked it up to the tractor today but not sure if its right.The lift arm I got with it hits the HI/LO pulley even when the pulley is in the HI position (closest to the transmission). Guess I will have to order a manual,but in the meantime can someone help me out?would like to use it within the next day or two. Also is there a adjustment to control the tilling depth?
