the answer is no.  

So you'd probably have to change the rock shaft (in addition to changing the charge pump pressures).  Hopefully the frame has the sleeved hole for the hydro lever)  But maybe you'd be lucky and the manual shaft has the connection points needed.  Always worth a look.

I have added a few hydro lifts in some of the tractors that I have. Yes, changing the rocker shaft the first option. What I have done is grind the shaft on the cylinder to make it fit the rocker shaft for the electric lift. Make sure the shaft is all the way in the cylinder, if it isn't you could grind too far and it could leak during operation.
