Karl_Brandt 6 Posted July 3, 2018 Been awhile since I posted. Here is my latest Tractor find. Last Year I saved a Allis Chalmers B-110 garden tractor with Hi & lo & right hand lift from going to the scrap yard. I will have to take some pictures of the tractor later. Allis Chalmers garden B-112 with hydro lift. Me and Nephew went to NAPA tractor show in Sherkston ,Ontario ,Canada on Friday to display some of my tractors & a Guy came up to us and wanted to if we wanted to buy his tractors. Allis Chalmers B-112 with hydro lift , 48 inch mower deck & roto tiller with extentions. Was Sold years ago from Niagara Farm Equipment in Wainfleet , Ontario ,Canada . Runs good , needs a few repairs , needs drive belt & rear guard , the lift unit leaks some oil ,the guy added brake fluid to the hydro....he thought it would swell the oil seals. When you push the valve down it will not return to middle. Were do you get parts for the hydro lift unit?? Karl I took of the pipe tractor & put a regular muffler on tractor lift unit leaks oil Older style roto tiller

GregB 879 Posted July 4, 2018 A start for this is this article https://simpletractors.com/articles.html/articles/miscellaneous-repairs/hydraulic-lift-aka-hydrolift-seal-replacement-r15/ Does the handle not return, or the spool. Where is it leaking from? I probably still have o-ring sets I made after buying large bags from the list in the article. 1

If Greg has the o-ring sets get them. I bought large box of o-rings at the auto parts store but there are several that must be ordered separately and in multiples. Note: mark the metal external parts for correct reassembly and be careful disassembling to catch small internal springs and balls.
Chris727 1,703 Posted July 4, 2018 Welcome back! Wondered what you had been up to lately, had checked out your site recently when I was looking for some Simplicity Walker information. Nice looking b-112!

Karl_Brandt 6 Posted July 5, 2018 The handle does return, the spool valve does return when you push it down.. I think the spring for the spool valve is broken. Seal at front of pump is leaking & spool valve is leaking. Have been busy fixing small engines & selling a few lawnmowers. Karl
GregB 879 Posted July 6, 2018 Last I knew pump kit was still available from Parker. Somewhere I have the kit number, and also copy of parts list for pump. Not sure which computer its on at the moment though.
