What’s wrong?

Bought this tiller from a friend earlier this summer. Been setting for most, if not all it’s life. Been setting under our deck for about a month & I’ve walked by it several times. Tonight while something caught my eye; something wrong. Bet you find it quicker than I did!

Actually, all tines are mounted w/cutting edge wrong (unless this is a rare counter rotating model). When I first saw this tiller nearly 2 years ago it was setting outside in some weeds with some other equipment but it looked like it'd never been used. Looking at it last night I can see why. The drive pulley had been robbed and the one I have on it is 1" smaller than original. Think I'll turn the tines around and take it for a spin.
