Been doing alittle painting on the landlord 

went with the Chevy red orange duplicolor 1607 very close and good enough for me. and rustolium canvas white for the wheels. 

The canvas white matched the rims nice. And the front outside grill cover. Look real clean now. I’ll post better pics when got it all back together. Plugging along. Been fun working on her. 

Mechanically she was well cared for. You should see the notes I have from previous owner dating back to day of purchase.

Very nice work!  I hadn't thought of the shop towels for painting...I've used a painstaking process of 'cutting in' with wide masking tape, then adding a later of taped on newspaper or something.  The paper never worked well right at the edges, but I bet the shop towels do!
